DR Triathlon coach athletes throughout their sporting career; however, our coaching plans have no sign-up term. You take out your plan on a month-by-month basis and keep with the plan for as long as your needs require.

Our Coaching plans offer 3 levels of service, from a basic plan only service to one-to-one coached plans with two levels of support. Take up any one of Our Online Coached Services and gain access to all of the following benefits:

STANDARD ON-LINE COACHING PLAN

RM 300 per month

Uncoached 8-to-32-week training plans

  • For Individuals that want to manage their own training, with a little professional guidance
  • PDF document providing detailed sessions over life of the plan
  • Each plan has weekly training hours and specific sessions to be followed as your time allows

FULL IRONMAN PLAN

32-week Plan
Sessions per week: 4 run, 3 swim, 3 bike, 1 strength
Average weekly volume: 16 hours (RM400)

HALF IRONMAN PLAN

24-week Plan
Sessions per week: 3 run, 3 swim, 3 bike, 1 strength
Average weekly volume: 11 hours (RM300)

OLYMPIC PLAN

20-week Plan
Sessions per week: 3 run, 3 swim, 3 bike, 1 conditioning
Average weekly volume: 9 hours (RM250)

SPRINT DISTANCE PLAN

12-week Plan
Sessions per week: 3 run, 3 swim, 2 bike
Average weekly volume: 7.25 hours (RM125)

SUPER SPRINT PLAN

12-week Plan
Sessions per week: 2 run, 2 swim, 2 bike
Average weekly volume: 4.5 hours (RM90)

PRE-SEASON PLAN

8-week Plan
Sessions per week: 4 run, 3 swim, 2 bike, 3 strength
Average weekly volume: 10 hours (RM80)

MARATHON PLAN

20-week Plan
Sessions per week: 4 runs, 1 strength
Average weekly volume: 5 hours (RM225)

ONE TO ONE COACHED SESSIONS

DR Triathlon provides one to one coaching for both Junior and Senior athletes.

1-2-1 Swim Coaching

  • 1 hour Technique and performance development session (RM100)
  • Performance assessment, CSS, GOLF or Broken 1500m (RM100)
  • Video Stroke Analyse Session and feedback report (RM150)
  • 10 x 1hr learn to swim/swim development – 1 participant (RM800)
  • 10 x 1hr learn to swim/swim development – 2 participants (RM1000)
  • 10 x 1hr learn to swim/swim development – 3 participants (RM1200)
  • 10 x 1hr learn to swim/swim development – 4 participants (RM1400)

Group session members must be of similar abilities and must all attend on the agreed session date and time, any sessions missed by individuals cannot be repeated. Online personal coaching plans can also be supplied as laid out in Our Coaching Services the section.

1-2-1 Cycle Coaching

  • 1 hour Closed Road bike skills, strength and fitness sessions (RM100)
  • Bike Trainer Session Speed, Power, VO2max (1hr RM100 2hrs +50)
  • Functional Threshold Power and Threshold heart rate test (RM100)
  • 10 x 1hr Online or Inhouse Bike Trainer Sessions – 1 participant (RM800)
  • 10 x 1hr Online or Inhouse Bike Trainer Sessions – 2 participants (RM1000)
  • 10 x 1hr Online or Inhouse Bike Trainer Sessions – 3 participants (RM1200)
  • 10 x 1hr Online or Inhouse Bike Trainer Sessions – 4 participants (RM1400)

  • 10 x 1hr Technique & run development session – 2 participants (RM1000)
  • 10 x 1hr Technique & run development session – 3 participants (RM1200)
  • 10 x 1hr Technique & run development session – 4 participants (RM1400)

  • One to One Personal Strength & Conditioning (RM100/hr)

  • Online Strength & conditioning 4 or more participants (RM20/hr)
