The purpose of this set is to develop swim technique build aerobic endurance and speed in swimming.
A Group training session separated into different lane abilities swimmers will swim warm up, swim a short technical drill set to focus swim form, have a main set focused on intervals based on specific distances and time depending on the lane ability and speed. All participant in this session must meet the minimum standard of being able to swim AT LEAST 100m freestyle nonstop and unaided. The session will conclude with a cooldown and session feedback.
