The purpose of this session is to practice the 4th discipline (Transition) Transition speed and techniques can be the difference between winning and losing. This session will make sure you always stay competitive.
Racking will be provided to practice the move from run to bike and bike to run, essential in Duathlon and Triathlon competition. We will discuss and practice the rules, efficient and professional techniques for transitioning.
