The purpose of this set is to build anaerobic capacity, strength and speed.
A Group training session separated into different lane abilities swimmers will swim a warm up, a mixed stroke and build set to prepare for the main set. The main set focuses on Fast intervals with maximum effort and long recovery between intervals. All participant in this session must meet the minimum standard of being able to swim AT LEAST 100m freestyle nonstop and unaided. The session will conclude with a cooldown and session feedback.
