The purpose of this set is to develop Open water swim technique for the slower swimmers.
A Group Pool based training session working on techniques to help you navigate, draft and maneuver through open water at a faster and more efficient pace. It will also get participants comfortable swimming in the pack, easing their concerns in the open water race scenario. All participant in this session must meet the minimum standard of being able to swim AT LEAST 100m freestyle nonstop and unaided. The session will conclude with a cooldown and session feedback.
