The purpose of this session is to ensure standard distance Athletes can build confidence in the distance and understand their pace when competing. This session also gives all athletes a chance to test themselves over the distance before an actual event.
Racking and Marshals will be provided for this race practice Duathlon training session, however athletes must plan their own nutrition. The main adult race with be run over a 9.3km run/35km bike/4km run, with shorter races of 4km/21km/2.6km and 1.3km/7km/0.5km set up for younger or less experienced athletes.
